The Analyst, Retirement (401k), Wellbeing & Recognition is responsible for overall support of Pharmavite's retirement program, in addition to maintenance and administration of the company-wide wellness program and its integration with the overall benefits program into the culture of Pharmavite. This role supports retirement, wellness, reward and recognition, and ancillary benefits programs from an execution perspective. Key responsibilities include administering Pharmavite's 401(K) program , driving employee engagement in the wellness, recognition and retirement programs, managing data and reports and ensuring effective delivery and administration of programs and policies, and compliance. The Analyst holds vendors accountable day-to-day and provides analysis and reporting as directed. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Wellbeing & Recognition. Key Responsibilities: Critical contributions of this role: Administer all aspects of company retirement program, including partnering with retirement plan administrator (Empower), and other day-to-day operations to support administration of retirement program (audits, compliance, employee inquiries, etc.). Support the employee recognition program across Pharmavite and the specialty brands. Manage the vendor execution day-to-day and facilitate reward processing. Assist in the development, design, and implementation of wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being. including events, programs, and challenges, managing the wellness website, and supporting wellness committees at various locations. Alongside Sr. Manager, research and administer preventive care and health education programs through outside vendors. Build relationships and collaborate with different Pharmavite locations to help identify opportunities to best engage with varying employee groups. Help to administer, educate, and track participation for benefit incentives and outcomes for future focus areas. Support wellness initiatives including health fairs, screening events, vaccine clinics, and other wellness related activities; collaborate with wellness committees at other locations to assist in executing their site events. Assist in marketing programs to influence and shape the culture, and continually gain program momentum. Help develop and edit employee communications and educational content to facilitate employee engagement and improve health outcomes through multiple mediums including (e-mail, posters, digital displays, home mailers, etc.) Lead the tracking and reporting of measures that accurately track employee wellness goals, targets, milestones, etc. Analyze aggregate metric data to identify population health performance and trends for the design and development of future program initiatives. Perform other related duties as assigned. The Ideal Candidate has: Prior experience administering retirement plans and other HR programs. You are analytical, curious and self-directed. Critical Success Factors: To be successful in this role you must have: Experience administering 401(K) retirement programs essential. 2-4 years' experience in Human Resources or similar corporate function with prior experience administering or supporting programs like recognition and/or wellness programs. Capabilities & Skills Required: In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have: Experience with administering 401(K) retirement programs Analytical experience, strong skills with Excel, running reporting and able to produce PowerPoint presentations based on findings. Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills including composing company communications, developing and conducting presentations, assist with designing programs, and interfacing with a diverse group of internal staff/management and external vendors and community resources. Annual Pay Annual Pay Range $72,673.00 - $109,163.00 This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
